I was the team lead for a brand evaluation study carried out by a Major Telco Brand whose objectives of the study were to: one, assess the telco’s strengths and weaknesses within the enterprise sector of the telecom and ICT market and, two: to identify opportunities and threats that have potential impact on marketing performance. The study was to help the company derive insights for product development, marketing communications, market development and market penetration strategies

DESCRIPTION
I was the team lead for a brand evaluation study carried out by a Major Telco Brand whose objectives of the study were to, within the context of increasing demand for mobile financial services, understand which products and services of the telco are the most important/relevant to customers and what benefits thereof that the brand could uniquely leverage on. The research team were also to identify new and innovative ways to deliver more products and services to digitally savvy subscribers in ways which can enable the telco take advantage of the growth paths between service delivery quality, customer experience, and product life circle.

Concept Testing
DESCRIPTION
I was the team lead for a concept testing study carried out by a Major Telco Brand. Despite significant improvements in the company’s network quality and investment in both voice and data infrastructure, the client was yet to make strong incursions in market share. It was important therefore to develop customer acquisition offers that will not only drive switching to the network, but also retain subscribers. MSR carried out a test on product acquisition, and advised the client on mechanics and strategies to deepen impact after launch.
