DESCRIPTION
The research was conducted to help Marie Stopes obtain key consumer insight and data along key metrics including brand awareness, relevance, relationships (emotional and functional connection), strategies to include product trials and usage of the brand’s series among non-user segment of the target clients.

I was the team lead for a customer satisfactory study carried out by KEK insurance brokers as part of measures to ensure the insurance company continue to improve its product and service delivery, this project was conducted to aid in designing tailored insurance packages based on clients’ needs and assessments of their product and services.
