I was the team lead for a Product, Services and Brand Evaluation project carried for Kimo Homes. The client consolidated its operations into a large showroom at a very competitive touch point. The research therefore sought to understand developments in the market, what consumer and buyer preferences are, and to assess the company’s overall service delivery along key metrics.
