DESCRIPTION
I was the team lead for a telemedicine mobile application user test experience carried out by a telemedicine client who wanted to increase uptake of their mobile application. To do this, they contacted MSR to implement a user experience app testing to derive insights on main points for improvement.

Fintech ecosystem study
DESCRIPTION
I was the team lead for a fintech ecoysystem study carried out by Telco Brand. The objective was to track developments within the sector to date, and to obtain actual supply-side and operational data on capabilities of players within the category. The outcome included a SWOT audit of players and an assessment of the state of play and future direction of the fintech sector.
