I was the team lead for monitoring, evaluation and learning Project carried out by Impact Hub. I was responsible for; validation and improvement of project theory of change, design of M&E framework and plan, design of M&E tools, execution of M&E deliverables, development of MEL reports and learning dissemination The main project features included the commercial operation of electric cargo bikes in the Northern Region and vocational and technical capacity building within the value chain.
