The research obtained consumer insights and data along key metrics including brand awareness, relevance, relationships (emotional and functional connection), strategies to include product trials and usage for the brand’s series among non-user segment of the target clients.

I was the team lead responsible for, research operationalization and execution and research reporting carried out for Ghana Microfinance Institutions Network (GHAMFIN) and CapitalPlus Exchange (CapPlus). The goal of the study was to explore the various opportunities, constraints, and needs faced by private healthcare service providers concerning financial and non-financial needs. Insights from this research provided the sponsors and local financial institutions partner an understanding of the opportunities and prospects of delivering credit and other services to private healthcare service providers to enhance healthcare quality.
